We're a small team and we read everything. If HuddleCare isn't behaving, or you're not sure how something works, get in touch and we'll help.

01Contact us

Email: support@huddlecare.app

HuddleCare is built by one person, so please allow up to a week for a reply — you will get one. When you write, it helps to include the device you're using (for example "iPhone 15, iOS 26"), the name of the huddle involved, and what you expected to happen.

Please don't include medical details, medication names, or anything about the person you care for in a support email. We don't need it to help you, and we'd rather it stayed in your huddle where it belongs.

02Common questions

What is a huddle?

A huddle is a private care team for one person or pet — an aging parent, a child, or a pet. You invite the people who help, each joins with a role, and everyone sees the same tasks, medications, schedule and notes.

How do I invite someone?

Open the huddle, go to Members, and send an invite to their email address. They'll get a link to join. Invites expire after 7 days; if one lapses, just send another.

My invite isn't working

Invites are matched to the exact email address they were sent to. If you signed up with a different address — or used Apple's Hide My Email, which creates a relay address — the invite won't match. Ask the organizer to re-send the invite to the address you actually signed in with.

I'm not getting notifications

Check that notifications are allowed for HuddleCare in your device's Settings, and that the relevant categories are switched on in HuddleCare under Me → Notifications. Note that you won't be notified about your own actions — assigning a task to yourself, for example, doesn't send you a notification.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

It depends on where you bought it. Subscriptions bought in the iPhone app are managed through your Apple Account: open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Subscriptions bought in the Android app are managed through Google Play: open the Play Store app, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. If you subscribed on the web, you can manage billing from Me → Subscription inside HuddleCare.

What happens to my data if I stop paying?

Nothing is deleted. If a subscription lapses, care data beyond the free tier's limits is locked rather than removed — it comes back as soon as you resubscribe, and you can export your data at any time.

How do I export or delete my account?

Go to Me → Privacy & Data. You can export your data there, and you can delete your account, which permanently removes it. Deletion can't be undone, so export first if you want a copy.

I forgot my password

Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen and we'll email you a reset link. If you originally signed in with Apple or Google, use that same button rather than a password.
