HuddleCare's paid plans (Plus and Premium) are digital subscription services with no physical goods. You may cancel at any time from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds will be available within 14 days of initial purchase. Annual subscriptions cancelled within 30 days of renewal receive a pro-rated refund for unused months. To request a refund, contact support@huddlecare.app.

We use your information solely to provide the HuddleCare service — to send reminders, sync your huddle, and manage your subscription. We use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the product. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Yes. The Free plan covers one huddle with up to 5 members, unlimited tasks, medications, and schedule, plus the emergency info card and contacts — and it stays free for as long as you like. Paid Plus ($7.99/mo) and Premium ($14.99/mo) plans add more huddles, members, history, storage, and two-way calendar sync.
HuddleCare adapts to three kinds of care. Elder Care covers medications, medical appointments, and daily check-ins for an aging parent or relative. Child Care covers school schedules, pickups, activities, and health. Pet Care covers feeding, walks, vet visits, and vaccination records.
