Frequently asked
Questions, answered.
Can the grandparents and the nanny use it too?
Yes. Invite them as caregivers and they log and see the same feeds, naps and diapers in real time. For a babysitter or a helper, temporary access ends on its own on the date you pick. The Free plan includes up to 5 members and 1 temporary member at a time.
Does the nap timer keep running if I close the app?
Yes. A nap, night sleep, pumping or breastfeeding timer started on one phone runs on every member's phone and keeps running when the app is closed, until someone taps End.
What can I track?
Bottle, breast (left and right, timed) and solid feeds in oz or ml; naps and night sleep; diapers (wet, dirty, mixed, dry); pumping; tummy time, bath and other activities; milestones; symptoms such as fever or teething; and weight, height and head circumference, charted over time. Turn kinds on or off with Customize the log.
Will it tell me when my baby should eat or sleep?
No. HuddleCare shows facts (last feed 1 h ago, napping now) and never judges them: no invented schedules, no feeding advice, no alarms. Questions about your baby's health belong with your pediatrician.
Is my baby's information private?
Only the members of your huddle can see it, each with the access you choose. Permissions are enforced in the database, not just hidden in the app. We do not sell your care content and do not use it to target advertising.
What does it cost?
Free includes one huddle with up to 5 members, unlimited log entries, timers and charts, and 3 months of history, with no credit card and no time limit. Plus is $7.99 a month or $79.99 a year: a year of history and growth charts, photos, direct messages, and up to 5 huddles, one for each child. The Free tier will be ad-supported once ads launch; Plus and Premium are ad-free.
